Is it that time again? Time for you to stop, drop everything and relax? If so, listen to your head and do not overstrain yourself.

Too much strain is bad for you; it can cause the likes of injuries, feelings of self doubt/insecurities – so listening to your head will ultimately be a benefit.

Overstrain can happen because of even something small being added to a long list of tasks. It is not as fun as it may necessarily sound, and it can result in being rather serious – when overstraining an injury for example it can be made worse.

You ought to have the chance to relax a lot of the time, and to have continuous opportunities to just enjoy yourself. Afterall, why would you not want to? You are only young once.
